William Bancroft

William Bancroft serves as the Director of Safety Services for the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown and holds multiple leadership roles, including Permanent Deacon at St. Columba Cathedral, St. Edward, Holy Apostles Parishes, and Director of the Permanent Diaconate. Bancroft is also the Principal Owner of Armor Risk Management, LLC, specializing in security consulting and investigations. Previous experience includes Safety Director for the City of Hubbard, Festival Chairman for the Saint Patrick Parish Festival, and a notable career with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, culminating as a Sergeant in the Administrative Investigations Unit. Educational background includes studies at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and an associate degree in Police Science Technology from Youngstown State University.
