Thad Stolte

Thad Stolte has a diverse work experience in various financial and supply chain roles. Thad started their career as a Room Service Attendant, Bartender, and Restaurant Server at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where they managed all morning room service orders and trained new employees. Thad then worked as a Finance/Supply Chain Intern at Clipper Windpower, Inc., assisting with year-end financial audits and cost savings ideas. Thad then joined Real Time Resolutions, Inc. as an Investor Reporting Analyst, where they constructed and distributed service reporting to investors. Thad then joined CaseStack as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they took control of a top vendor account. Thad then moved to Interstate Batteries, where they held positions as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor. As an Internal Auditor, they audited operational and financial procedures at distributorships and achieved 100% accuracy on the inventory reconciliation as the lead interface for the FY 2014 KPMG audit. Thad is currently working as a Financial Analyst at Diodes Incorporated.

Thad Stolte completed their Associate of Business degree in Business Administration at Kirkwood Community College from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Marketing at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2006 to 2009. Thad Stolte also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from TMAC, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
