Bastien Faure

Bastien Faure has a diverse work experience with a focus on physics and nuclear energy. Bastien is currently working at Dioxycle as the Head of Systems since April 2022, and prior to that, they worked as an Ingénieur systèmes at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Dioxycle, Bastien worked at CEA as an Ingenieur - Conception réacteurs nucléaires starting from November 2019. Bastien also completed their Doctorat en physique at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from October 2016 to September 2019. Prior to that, Bastien obtained their Maitrise recherche degree from Polytechnique Montréal and worked as an Assistant de recherche under Guy Marleau, studying neutron leak models for nuclear reactor simulation. Bastien also had a previous internship at CEA and Hybrigenics Services. Bastien's early career includes a brief stint as an Officer cadet at the Régiment du service militaire adapté de la Guadeloupe in 2012.
