Wawan Hermawan

Wawan Hermawan has experience in IT application & data maintenance, console operations, production control, print operations, change/problem management, facility management, media library management, and batch management. Also, Wawan has worked as a service desk engineer, managing support resolution and escalation, facilitating communication between support teams and users, and reinforcing user expectations on service levels. In addition, Wawan has experience as an Assistant Lab (Advanced Level) for Computer Systems, teaching how to build Android apps and computer networks, as well as managing databases and being part of a development team for a Module FPGA. Wawan Hermawan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universitas Gunadarma.
