Jennifer Klein, MS Supply Chain, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Jennifer is currently working as a National Account Sales (Domestic) at Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) since November 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at BNSF Railway, where they held multiple roles. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Director - Automotive Sales - Consumer Products, overseeing $450 million in annual revenue and managing relationships with OEMs. As the Director Intermodal Solutions from 2013 to 2016, they led a team responsible for maintaining a customer base of 900,000 units on the BNSF network. Additionally, they served as the Director - Business Unit Operations, where they managed manifest traffic demurrage and led a team of eighteen. Before joining BNSF Railway, Jennifer worked at OmniTRAX as the Director of Marketing, where they achieved $200 million in annual revenue through sales and marketing efforts.
