Brent Steven

Brent Steven is an experienced professional with a diverse background in automation and emergency medical services. Currently serving as an EMT at Boyden Fire & Rescue since May 2018, Brent has also held the position of Automation Engineer at Direct Automation since August 2013, where responsibilities include the creation, installation, maintenance, and support of DCS/PLC systems. Previously, Brent worked as a Process Controls Technician at Wells Enterprises from July 2010 to August 2013 and as an Automation Engineer at Pipeline Technical Services from June 2009 to July 2010. Brent's career began as an Instrumentation Technician at Interstates from May 2006 to May 2009. Brent holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from Northwest Iowa Community College.
