Stephen Yanni

Stephen Yanni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and information technology. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Direct Interactions since May 2020, Yanni focuses on enhancing business efficiency and implementing enterprise-wide policies and procedures. Notably, in a previous role as Vice President of Information Technology at Direct Interactions, Yanni established the IT department and effectively managed a significant increase in staff during the pandemic. Prior experience includes positions at Altice USA where Yanni served as Director of Platform Operations and Manager of Network Operations, and a long tenure at The Walt Disney Company - Atos in a director-level role overseeing global IT projects for theme parks and resorts. Yanni holds an education from Advanced Tech College.
