Stephanie Coysten

Stephanie Coysten is an experienced professional with over 30 years in portfolio and operations management, currently serving as the Data Portfolio & Operations Lead and Integration Lead at Direct Line Group since May 2019. In this role, Stephanie focuses on identifying and resolving risks at a portfolio level and leads the PMO resource pool. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Digital Portfolio & Operations Manager at Direct Line Group, where efforts were made to upskill a previously understaffed team. A planned career break was taken between May 2018 and May 2019 after more than 15 years at the John Lewis Partnership, where roles included Portfolio & Resource Manager and PMO Lead, among others. Stephanie's career began in management and various IT roles at John Lewis, building a robust foundation in business analysis and project management.
