Adam Madison, CPCT, CFOT has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Adam began their career as a Field Wireman in the United States Marine Corps, where they gained experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment. Adam then moved up to the role of Battalion Wire Chief, overseeing the wire section and ensuring the proper functioning of tactical and commercial telephone equipment.
Following their military service, Adam joined MXI Environmental Services LLC as a Hazardous Material Handler, where they handled hazardous materials in a safe and efficient manner. Adam later worked as a Site Safety Manager at BCS Concrete Structures, where they conducted inspections, held safety meetings, and maintained equipment accountability to ensure job site safety.
Adam then transitioned into the telecommunications industry, joining Link 2 Inc. as a Project Manager and Lead Technician. In this role, they provided estimates for installations and retrofits, designed and managed telecommunication network systems, and troubleshooted existing voice and data network systems.
Moving on, Adam joined Direct Line Global, where they have held multiple roles. As a Lead Technician, they supervised the installation and termination of network and phone cables, as well as fiber optic cables. Adam then served as a TuT Project Manager, leading projects for Facebook data center builds and overseeing the installation of specialized equipment. Adam further advanced to the position of Sr. Superintendent, managing installation projects for Facebook data center builds and leading teams of technicians.
Currently, Adam serves as the Director of Support Operations at Direct Line Global, where they are responsible for overseeing support operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of projects.

Adam Madison, CPCT, CFOT has a diverse education history. Adam started by obtaining their high school diploma in General Studies from SOUTHOLD JR. SR. HIGHSCHOOL in 2001. After that, Adam pursued vocational training in the field of electrician from Coastal Carolina Community College from 2006 to 2008.
In 2008, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from the American Public University System. Building on their previous education, Adam went on to complete a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Columbia Southern University between 2013 and 2015.
Additionally, Adam holds several certifications that supplement their formal education. Adam achieved the "CERTIFIED PREMISES CABLING TECHNICIAN" certification from The Fiber Optic Association in September 2014. In March 2014, Adam obtained the "First Aid/ CPR/AED" certification from The American Red Cross. Adam also completed the "OSHA 30 HOUR - CONSTRUCTION" certification with Advance Online Solutions in October 2013. In the same year, they obtained the "CERTIFIED FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIAN" and "Certified Fiber Optic Specialist/ OSP" certifications from The Fiber Optic Association. Moreover, Adam obtained the "Forklift Operator" certification from The Home Depot in July 2013. Going further back to December 2011, they acquired the "FIRST RESPONDER AWARENESS/ OPERATIONS" certification from CALIFORNIA SPECIALIZED TRAINING INSTITUTE and the "HAZARDOUS MATERIALS FIRST RESPONDER AT THE OPERATIONAL LEVEL" certification from PRO BOARD NBFSPQ.
Aside from their technical qualifications, Adam also pursued training in the security field. In September 2017, they obtained the "Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer," "Level III Commissioned Security Officer," and "Personal Protection Officer" certifications from Texas Handgun Academy.
