Ben Burnside

Ben Burnside is an Executive Recruiter by title, a career advisor by heart. Ben Burnside joins the Direct Recruiters team as Supply Chain and Logistics specialist. He connects candidates with clients to place top talent into their destined careers.

Before joining DRI, Ben was at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 6 years. He specialized in business management, sales, customer service, and business growth. He studied Public and Interpersonal Communications at Kent State University. While there he served as Vice President and New Member Educator of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Ben also served in the United States Army Reserve from 2008-2016.

When not creating career opportunities, Ben enjoys going on bike rides through the metro parks, playing video games, hiking, and going to every park on the west side of Cleveland with his two kids (2 ½ and 4). He loves to cook, grill, and smoked meats. Ben also likes to woodwork, build firearms and long-range distance shoot them as well. Trap shooting is his favorite outdoor activity (shotgun). In addition, Ben likes to go kayaking, bike riding, and discovering local restaurants and breweries. He likes to play video games including Rocket League, Grand Theft Auto, and the Battlefield series.
