Guru Brandes-Swamy joins Direct Recruiters as the Director of Analytics for Healthcare Technology and Life Sciences. Guru, while new to recruiting, brings with him an industry knowledge and experience that has spanned his extensive career. He has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare IT and Life Sciences space leading Professional Service and Client Success teams in EHIR, RCM, Digital Health, Real World Data and Real World Evidence (RWD/RWE) in large global organizations and high growth start-ups. Guru has a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Clark University and master’s certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University.
