Pagna started their career at GE Capital Card Services as a Marketing Analyst, where they conducted competitive analyses and managed analysis databases. Later, they joined Vertrue, where they held various roles including Marketing Manager, Senior Manager/Media Buyer & Planner, and Director of Online Marketing. During their time at Vertrue, they successfully grew revenue and managed substantial budgets. Pagna then moved on to HomeServe USA as the Director of Digital Acquisition, where they built and led a high-performing digital acquisition team and increased revenue from the digital channel. Currently, Pagna is the Director of Digital Marketing at Direct Wines, Inc., where they bring their expertise in digital marketing to help consumers across the U.S.
