Arnaud Delaunay

Arnaud Delaunay currently serves as Sous-directeur de l'innovation at the Direction Générale des Entreprises, overseeing innovation policies for the French Ministry of Economy since May 2020. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Direction générale du Trésor, where responsibilities encompassed banking services, payment systems, and European financial relations. Delaunay also held significant roles at the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund. Education includes a Master's in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and a Master's in Business/Economics from HEC Paris, complemented by training at ENA.
