Serge N'Guessan

Serge N'GUESSAN has extensive experience in economic analysis and statistical management, currently serving as Sous Director of Forecasting and Statistics at the Direction Générale des Impôts since June 2004. In this role, Serge N'GUESSAN has focused on national and international economic conditions, the impact of fiscal and economic measures, and the implementation and monitoring of the Budget Programme and the National Development Plan (PND 2016 - 2020). Additionally, Serge N'GUESSAN has held positions such as Chief of Service for Taxation Statistics and Fiscal Control and Manager of Tax Forecast and Economic Indicators at PNUD. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis and International Development from CERDI at Université d'Auvergne and engineering degrees in Statistics, Economics, and Econometrics from ENSEA Abidjan and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée.
