Tracey Nauer has over 16 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Tracey'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Home & Community Based Services at the Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities, a position they have held since July 2021. Tracey then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Walsh University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2011. Tracey further advanced their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from The University of Akron, completing it from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, they also received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Kent State University in December 2012.
