Samantha Kaczor has a diverse professional background in customer service and accounts receivable. Currently serving as an MSR I at Directions Credit Union since May 2019, Samantha also holds a position as a Customer Experience Associate at Aafes Main Exchange, where responsibilities include selling merchandise and operating a cash register.
