Serena Drumgoole has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in the wellness and hospitality industries. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Esthetician at Massage Envy since April 2023, Serena also has extensive experience as a Plus Size Model for Directions USA since 2015. Additionally, an Operations Manager for Helping Hands Transportation and Mobility Services since February 2013, Serena previously held multiple positions at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa from 2015 to 2020, including Spa Manager and Lead Esthetician.
