Juan Carlos Morales Castro

Juan Carlos Morales Castro is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and labor relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Directo since September 2020, Juan Carlos supervises key operational areas, including annual budget preparation, variable compensation management, payroll processes, and compliance with labor and fiscal regulations. Previously, Juan Carlos led the Human Resources department at Whitaker México Business & Consulting, overseeing a diverse team and providing technical advisory services. Earlier roles include managing payroll processes at Consultoría de Negocios Estratégicos SA DE CV and administration of IMSS records at Asescyf. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management from Universidad Anáhuac, Juan Carlos also holds a diploma in Strategic Management of Compensation and Benefits and a degree in Accounting and Finance from FCA UNAM.
