Duncan Smith

Duncan Smith is a highly experienced commercial professional, currently serving as the Commercial Associate Director at Diriyah Company since July 2023, following a role as Senior Commercial Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Manager at Diriyah Gate Development Authority from December 2021 to July 2023 and as Associate at Quest Cost Consultants (Pty) Ltd from July 2012 to November 2021, where Duncan led quantity surveying on various notable projects. Earlier roles include Quantity Surveyor at Bridgeland Construction & Development (Pty) Ltd from January 2009 to July 2012. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State, and completed secondary education at St Benedict's College between 2002 and 2006.
