Jeffrey Utterback is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and project management. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Diriyah Company since January 2023, Jeffrey previously held the role of Senior Development Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, where engagement in a $22 billion mixed-use historical project was pivotal. Experience also includes Deputy Executive Director at Los Angeles World Airports, managing commercial development for one of the world's busiest airports, and Director of Real Estate & Economic Development at the Port of Seattle, overseeing major real estate initiatives. Jeffrey has held senior positions at Kennedy Wilson, the Washington State Investment Board, and various development firms in Europe, driven by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
