Tom Masseau

Tom Masseau is an experienced leader in the field of disability rights, currently serving as the Executive Director of Disability Rights Arkansas since April 2013, overseeing a staff of over 20 and an annual budget of $2.4 million. Previously, Tom held the position of Board President at the National Disability Rights Network from October 2019 to October 2021 and served as Executive Director at Disability Rights Wisconsin from January 2012 to February 2013, managing a staff of 64 across three offices with a $5 million budget. Earlier in Tom’s career, as Director of Government & Media Relations at Michigan Protection & Advocacy Service, Inc., significant contributions were made to legislative issues and public policy at state and national levels. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Michigan State University and an Associate's degree in Arts from Lansing Community College.
