Erin Hardin

Erin Hardin is an experienced professional specializing in disability rights and advocacy. Currently serving as an Intake Specialist at Disability Rights New York since March 2023, Erin previously held the position of Operations Consultant at the Disability Rights Fund from September 2022 to January 2023. From December 2020 to July 2022, Erin worked as an Advocacy Assistant with the International Disability Alliance, coordinating with member organizations at United Nations meetings. Earlier experiences include a role as a Project Development Intern with ESD Global Inc., focusing on empowerment self-defense for individuals with disabilities, and serving in the Peace Corps as part of the Youth in Development program in Thailand. Additional background includes coaching and lifeguarding at the YMCA and working as a daycare assistant at The Ohio State University. Erin holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and a Bachelor's in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
