Barbara McIntrye Daniels, MBA, is an experienced investigator and advocate with a strong background in disability rights and social services. Currently serving at Disability Rights North Carolina since September 2018, Barbara focuses on protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities and investigating cases of fraud and abuse. Prior positions include managing the Operational Support Team at the NC Department of Health and Human Services and serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix. With previous roles as a Social Services Administrator and Consultant, Barbara has developed policies for NC Medicaid and overseen food and nutrition programs in Durham County. Barbara holds a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration and a degree in Human Resource Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University.
