Kelly Young

Kelly Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in writing, tax, accounting, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of the Writing Team at Doctor Marketing, MD™ since September 2023, Kelly also holds the position of Tax & Accounting Team Director for the Employee Retention Tax Credit Division at IRS Tax Refund Services from Disaster Loan Advisors™ since April 2020. Previous roles include Human Resource Director/Recruiter for Auto Technicians and Mechanics, and Field Technicians, where expertise in talent acquisition in the oil, gas, and energy industries was developed. Kelly's career began at Baker Hughes in a Human Resources capacity, following an education from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 2007.
