Nick Backe -Hansen

Nick Backe-Hansen currently serves as a Senior Investigator for the Australian Government since May 2011 and also holds the position of Operations Coordinator at Disaster Relief Australia since November 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Leading Senior Constable with the New South Wales Police Force from November 1997 to May 2011, and as a Soldier in the Royal Australian Regiment from March 1990 to May 1994. Nick Backe-Hansen obtained an Advanced Diploma in Public Safety, Emergency Management from the College for Law Education and Training and is an alumnus of Normanhurst Boys High School.
