Daniel Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they worked as a Bartender at Bath Rugby, where they provided efficient and customer-oriented service. In 2013, they had a general assistant role at Pall Life Sciences, where they conducted research and created a document outlining the company's bid process. In the same year, they also worked as a TSS Commercial Desk Specialist at IBM, where they assigned special bids. From 2015 to 2019, Daniel worked at IBM as a Customer Experience Business Support Consultant, providing global support and guidance to clients. Daniel also held a senior position within the Best Practice team, taking on leadership and project delivery responsibilities. Since 2019, Daniel has been with Disciple Media, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager. Daniel is currently serving as the Team Lead - Customer Success.

Daniel Brown completed a BA Hons degree in Business and Management at Bath Spa University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels in Business Studies, English Language, and Human Biology from 2009 to 2011 at South Downs College. Daniel also attended Purbrook Park School from 2004 to 2009 for their GCSEs. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including the IBM Agile Explorer, Trusted Advisor Professional, Advisory Product Services Professional, and various IBM Watson Customer Experience Analytics certifications. Daniel also holds certifications in Project Management, such as the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certificates, as well as the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management. Daniel acquired these certifications from institutions such as IBM, QA Ltd, and IBM Tealeaf.
