Jared Morland

Jared Morland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jared began their career at Applied Industrial Technologies as a Service Center Manager, overseeing branch operations and implementing ISO quality programs. Jared then joined IBT, Inc as a Corporate Account Manager, managing a large national food industry and chemical manufacturing account. Jared was responsible for implementing operating processes and procedures and coaching onsite employees to meet KPIs. Jared later worked at Trinity Fellowship Church - Hollywood Rd Campus as an Associate Pastor of Men's Ministry and Associate Pastor of Marriage and Family. Currently, they are working at Disco, Inc as COO, where they have held various positions including Vice President - Disco Operations, Vice President - Amarillo Operations, and General Manager of CDS Industrial, a division of the company. Throughout their career, Jared has been involved in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing processes to streamline business operations.

Jared Morland attended West Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1993, studying Business Administration.
