Arron Fletcher

Arron Fletcher is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at DISCO since August 2021, Arron previously held the role of VP of Engineering at Bigtincan following the merger with Zunos, where Arron was also VP of Engineering and Lead Software Architect from October 2013 to June 2021. Earlier career positions include Senior Software Consultant at Industrie IT, Senior Solutions Architect at C4 Communication Pty Ltd, and various engineering roles at CreateCentral and acus. Arron began a career in software engineering at Unisys. Educational credentials include a B.A. and B.Sc. from the University of Sydney, specializing in Computer Science, Visual Arts, and Physics.
