David Wooddell has a diverse range of work experience. David started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2005 and worked there for two years. In 2004, they worked as a Communications & Marketing Coordinator at New Brighton CA, where they organized schedules, implemented marketing campaigns, and coordinated with press and media outlets. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Marketing Promotions Rep at Faded Industry Entertainment, where they managed street team promotions, personal guest lists, and sales. From 2007 to 2013, David worked at DreamScope Entertainment as an Entertainment Manager and VP of Television & Commercial Talent. In this role, they pitched clients to casting directors, managed client relationships, and scheduled meetings with industry professionals. David was also involved in red carpet events and maintained relationships with PR companies and entertainment attorneys. From 2010 (and ongoing) as a Marketing & Creative Director at The Rage of the Stage Players, they maintained strategic marketing plans, managed PR coverage, and was a board member. At Disco Donnie Presents, they worked as a Freelance Festival Ops starting in 2018. Finally, they joined Barbizon USA in 2013 as Vice President of Communications, where they currently work. David'sroles at Barbizon have included Creative Director, where they created marketing campaigns, managed creative teams, and implemented new ideas. David has also served as a Senior PTD Ambassador, handling account management, department budgeting, payroll approvals, and event planning for land-based events and full ship charters. Overall, David has developed valuable skills in marketing, communications, event planning, and management throughout their career.

David Wooddell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Carnegie Mellon University, attending from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification for Disney's Approach to Employee Engagement from the Disney Institute in June 2020.
