Morgan Bass

Morgan Bass has a diverse range of work experience in event production and administration. They started their career as a DPW Petrol at the Burning Man Project in 2019. They then moved on to work as an Operations Production Assistant, Lost and Found Coordinator, Guest Services Representative, Runner, and Lockers staff member at Disco Donnie Presents in 2021. In 2022, they worked as an Admin at Backbone International and as a Premium & VIP Operations and Ticketing staff member at Valley Music Travel. They also took on the role of a Production Assistant at Live Nation Entertainment and Assistant Operations Manager at AEG in 2022. In 2021, they worked as a Ticketing Lead, Transportation Assistant, Merchandise staff, and F&B staff at On Location. In November 2022, they worked as a coverage for the Lobby Stage Manager and production admin at Forefront Networks. They also served as a Hospitality Lead and Stage Manager at Austin Trail of Lights and filled in as a gifter for the gifting team during the pandemic. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Admin at Medium Rare for various Superbowl events, overseeing the acquisition and contracting of lodging and travel for around 300 staff members. Lastly, in January 2023, they joined Playa Luna Presents as a Guest Services Coordinator.

Morgan Bass attended Murray State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business with a Minor in Business Administration.
