Russ Ryan is currently the Seller Engagement Lead at Discogs, where Russ oversees seller partnerships and communication strategies for the marketplace. Russ is also the Managing Director of Near Mint, leading the invention and launch of the UK's top record cleaner. In the past, Russ has excelled in business development and management roles at companies like TORO Crew and Brewsters. Additionally, Russ co-founded an events management company called The Doctor's Orders, which raised significant funds for charity. Russ holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Brighton.
