Justin Beckwith

Justin Beckwith is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Discord, Justin Beckwith leads the Platform Ecosystem organization, enabling developers to create applications for millions of users. Prior experience includes roles at Google, where Justin Beckwith managed the Google Cloud Libraries team and led product efforts for Cloud Languages and Runtimes. Additionally, Justin Beckwith has held leadership positions at Microsoft, the Software Engineering Institute, and the Node.js Foundation, contributing to developer experience, educational technologies, and modern software practices. Justin Beckwith holds a Master's degree in Software Design & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
