Leslie Goldstein has a long and varied work experience in marketing and public relations. In 1995, they began their career as a Marketing Manager at Discover Card, where they executed a plan that generated an annual balance consolidation volume of $1.5 billion and designed an incentive plan for customer service staff that decreased attrition by 10%. In 1999, they moved to the Chicago Tribune as a Customer Loyalty Manager, where they monitored, measured, and analyzed cancellation patterns of 675,000 subscribers, developed and launched targeted customer communication programs, and grew the customer base on recurring credit card payment by 71%. In 2002, they became a Marketing Consultant at Tribune Interactive, and in 2003, they became a Marketing Consultant at Dunn Solutions Group. In 2004, they took on the role of Event Chairperson at the National Council of Jewish Women. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Public Relations Chairperson and Project Manager at Wayne Thomas Elementary, where they researched and wrote 44 news stories, co-chaired Movie Night for 2 years, and co-chaired a raffle that resulted in a 100% increase in profits. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Marketing, Brand and Business Development at Taproot Foundation, where they managed a Naming and Visual Identity project for a non-profit client, analyzed the degree to which the client's current name and visual identity effectively communicated the Brand Strategy, and directed a cross-functional team to develop creative marketing solutions. During this same period, they were also a Marketing Consultant at Community 4 Unity. In 2015, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Discount Credit Card Supply, where they developed strategic digital marketing plans, executed marketing strategies across channels, and designed and analyzed Key Words and Ad Campaigns.

Leslie Goldstein received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan in 1988. Leslie then attended the Cranbrook Academy of Art.
