Brad K.

Brad K. has a strong background in digital solutions and software engineering. Brad served as Vice President of Digital Solutions at Discount Tire starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held several leadership positions at CSAA Insurance Group, including Vice President of Software Engineering and Digital Transformation Office (2019-2023) and Vice President of Digital Hub (2021-2022). Brad also worked as a Senior Director of Digital Product Engineering & Operations at CSAA Insurance Group from 2019 to 2021. Before joining CSAA, they were the Director of Software Engineering at Republic Services from 2015 to 2019. Brad's early career includes roles at Choice Hotels International, where they held positions such as Director of Web & Mobile (2011-2015), Manager of Internet Applications Development (2005-2011), Programmer/Analyst (1999-2005), and Quality Assurance Manager (1996-1999).

Brad K. holds a Master of Science degree in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Brad also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arizona State University.
