Poorna Gopaladesikan has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. They started their career as a QA Tester (Contract) in 2000 while working as a self-employed consultant. In 2007, they joined Discount Tire as a Quality Analyst II and progressed to become a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, Poorna served as the Principal QA CTFL - SAP ECC Implementation Test Lead at Discount Tire. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise Quality Engineer Lead, where they remained until their most recent position as the Principal Business Architect - Payment since October 2021.
