Steve Purdy

Steve began his career with his family’s business, AGDATA, Inc. in 1995, originally serving as its general counsel. In 1997, Steve founded the MedData division of AGDATA, serving as its CEO. From 1997-2009, Steve guided this division from its start-up phase through several growth cycles and acquisitions.

In December 2009, Steve led the successful sale of MedData to TransUnion, LLC, one of the 3 major credit bureaus in the US. From 2010 until November 2012, Steve was the head of Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions for the Healthcare business unit of TransUnion until joining DeliverCareRx at its inception in 2012. Steve served as CEO of DeliverCareRx from inception through its start-up and early growth phases until June 2015, wherein he joined Cadrillion Capital as a Principal and Partner. Steve and his partners invested in Discover Claims in 2020, providing both growth capital and operational guidance as Discover Claims continues to expand its services to hospitals across the U.S.

Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina in 1991, a law degree from the University of North Carolina in 1994 and a Masters of Law in International Business Transactions from the University of London in 1995.
