Amy Walls

Amy Walls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and economic reinvestment. Currently serving as Senior Principal of Community Reinvestment at Discover Financial Services since December 2007, Amy manages activities that ensure compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), overseeing annual investments and loans exceeding $100 million in the mid-Atlantic region. Previous roles include Principal and Assistant CRA Director, where management support of CRA compliance efforts was provided. Prior to joining Discover Financial Services, Amy served as the Economic Development/IT Manager for the City of Seaford, collaborating with developers and acting as a liaison for various community committees. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University and is a Fellow of Leadership Delaware.
