Beverley A. Sibblies

Beverley A. Sibblies is Founder and President of BAS Financial Corp., a family office that provides personalized financial services since 2009. Prior to founding BAS Financial, Ms. Sibblies was Chief Financial Officer (2005 to 2008) and Chief Accounting Officer (2004 to 2005) of HSBC Finance Corporation, a multi-product, multi-channel consumer finance company with operations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2004, Ms. Sibblies was Executive Vice President and CFO of EMC Mortgage Corporation, a Texas based, wholly-owned subsidiary of Bear Stearns Companies Inc. Ms. Sibblies began her career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, New York, in 1986.
