Stephanie Fulbright

Stephanie Fulbright is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in corporate real estate management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at The Hartford since September 2014, Fulbright leads the consolidated real estate operations, focusing on capital planning, project management, and workplace solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Real Estate at Eaton and Director of Corporate Real Estate at General Electric, where significant contributions were made to strategic portfolio management and financial oversight. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Solectron Technology and First Union Corporation, where Fulbright developed performance metrics and implemented financial processes for substantial real estate portfolios. Fulbright holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, a BS in Business, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has earned the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
