Deepa Kuo

Deepa Kuo is an experienced professional in product management and strategic consulting, currently serving as the Head of Product Management and Certification for Payment Products at Discover Financial Services since June 2018. As President of DeepWorks Consulting Inc. since October 2014, Deepa has specialized in business and technology strategy within the payments and banking industry, focusing on innovative technologies such as Chip (EMV), mobile, and eCommerce banking. Prior experience includes a tenure at Interac Association/Acxsys Corporation from October 2001 to June 2014, where Deepa held various leadership roles, contributing to the establishment of business systems analysis, release management, and the development of key payment initiatives. Deepa began a career at Fidelity Information Services, serving as a Product Manager for debit and credit card server applications. Deepa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
