Shivani Srivastava

Shivani Srivastava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing technology and digital analytics. Currently serving as VP of MarTech Products at Discover Financial Services since October 2022, Shivani is responsible for defining the vision and leadership for MarTech, AdTech, and Digital Data products to drive marketing growth and operational efficiency. Previously, as AVP and Product Head of Marketing Technology at Humana from October 2020 to October 2022, Shivani modernized marketing capabilities with a focus on customer-centric design. Shivani's career at Citi spanned from June 1999 to May 2020, where roles included Director of Digital Analytics and Marketing Technology and multiple senior vice president positions, contributing to MarTech strategy and CRM platforms. Shivani holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College.
