Thomas Healy

Thomas Healy, CRCM, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Discover Financial Services since June 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held various compliance leadership positions at USAA and Ally, including Vice President of Enterprise Compliance at USAA and multiple executive director roles at Ally, focusing on Auto Compliance Risk, Fair Lending, and Deposit Compliance. Earlier in Thomas's career, significant experience was gained as the Compliance and Operational Risk Manager at Bank of America and as Chief Compliance Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with concentrations in Marketing, Accounting, and Psychology, from Tennessee Technological University between 1981 and 1985.
