Troy Mitchell

Troy Mitchell currently serves as Vice President of Data and Analytics Engineering at Discover Financial Services, a position held since January 2019, following the role of Director in the same department. Prior to this, Troy spent eight years at Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities included Head of Enterprise Information Management, Manager of Business Intelligence, and Senior Solutions Architect. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Solutions Architect at Motorola from October 2007 to December 2010. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts in General Education from Elgin Community College.
