Alishan Mustafa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product leadership, growth strategy, and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Product Leader at Pelago and an Early Stage Investor at Edustack, Alishan previously held key roles at Calo Inc. as Director of Growth, and CAFU as Head of Growth Product, spearheading efforts to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. As co-founder of Yskool, Alishan successfully built a unique online learning platform, and engaged as a Product & Growth Mentor at Seedstars, supporting technology and entrepreneurship in emerging markets. Alishan's career also includes significant contributions to Careem, Snapdeal, and Mu Sigma, focusing on customer acquisition, retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Alishan holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad.
