Ron Kramer

Ron Kramer has worked in the IT and software industry since 1976. From 1976 to 1998, they were the President/Owner of Parasol Systems, a business consulting and software services firm based in St. Louis. From 1998 to 2010, they were the VP of Operations/Partner at RJ York Development, a high-end residential building business. Ron was responsible for managing all projects and a team of 40 employees. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Partner and Investor at The Sweet Living Group, which focused on design, production, and marketing of organic and eco-friendly clothing utilizing E-Commerce. The Sweet Living Group also developed applications and patents to improve functionality of the textile industry and had 16 issued patents and 4 pending. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Senior Vice President at Discovery Associates, which focuses on providing IT, ERP, and Big Data Analytics services to assist various size businesses in North and South America. From 2014 to 2020, they were the COO/General Manager at EMS Healthcare Solutions/NarrativePRO, where they oversaw daily operations, business and marketing strategies, technical support with focus on business development, and building channels/partnerships.

Ron Kramer attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1960 to 1964, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Computer Science.
