Laurence Arnoult

Laurence Arnoult has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. From 2003 to 2010, Laurence worked as an Administrative & Compliance Manager at Lear Corporation. Then, from 2010 to 2012, Laurence served as a Project Manager at Femmes Relais Association. From 2013 to 2018, Laurence worked as an Organizational Consultant at LM Organizational Consulting. Starting in 2017, Laurence joined Promises Behavioral Health as a Senior Administrative Manager until 2019. Since 2019, Laurence has been with Discovery Behavioral Health, initially as a Senior Manager of Legal Affairs, and currently as the Director of Legal Services.

Laurence Arnoult obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris (E.H.P.). Later, Laurence pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Psychology, specializing in the clinical method of research in the work place, from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers between 2006 and 2012.
