Mauricio C. began their career in the hospitality industry in 2014 as a Groups Assistant & Special Events at One&Only Resorts. In 2017, they transitioned to Discovery Land Company, where they served as the Events & Catering Manager before being promoted to Area Director of Events for Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club and El Dorado Golf & Beach Club in February 2022.

Mauricio C. completed a Sales & Marketing Degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Hotel Management at Universidad La Concordia from 2007 to 2011.
