Tyler Harper

Tyler Harper is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Discovery Land Company since March 2023, Tyler previously held the position of Director of Banquets and Sales at Chinitas from December 2020 to March 2022. Additional experience includes Fine Dining Manager at Wynn Las Vegas from November 2019 to December 2021, and Assistant General Manager at ONE65 San Francisco from January 2019 to November 2019, where oversight included operations and floor management for multiple dining venues. Earlier career highlights include a role in front-of-house operations at Joël Robuchon from May 2016 to January 2019. Tyler holds an educational background from the College of Southern Nevada, where studies took place from January 2007 to 2010.
