Judith Clermont

I started a career in caring for seniors at the age of 16 and participated in an accelerated high school program where I received my CNA license and transitioned in an LPN program- which I completed graduating high school and obtaining my nursing License (LPN). I then embarked on a 2-year journey working in a memory care setting as a staff Nurse. I took a pause from senior living and worked as a home health nurse – then transitioned into a skilled rehab setting at which point I continued my education and obtained my RN license. Within that transition I worked for four years as a wellness nurse for an assisted living. In April 2019, I accepted a role with Discovery Village as their Director of Health and Wellness and it has been the best decision for my career thus far! I am a resident-focused nurse manager, experienced in managing residents’ wellness in assisted living facilities and memory care; I enjoy learning from and teaching my direct care staff to reach their full potential. I am a mother of three, twin girls who are 9 years old and one boy my first born who is 10- my pride and joy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as church.
