Tim Hawke

Tim Hawke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, operations transformation, and human resources. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Discy since September 2022, Tim focuses on enabling faster delivery of consulting projects and organizing relevant data. As Co-Founder of Make Work Meaningful since January 2020, collaboration with Claudia has helped leaders create empowered teams. Tim previously Co-Founded Projectsthat.work, which specializes in innovation for boutique consultancies. Earlier roles include Head of Human Resources at Clarasys, Principal Consultant for Hampshire County Council, and Operations Transformation Manager at PwC, where Tim led significant change initiatives across various industries. Tim's career began at IBM as a Contracts and Negotiations Specialist after earning a BA Hons in Law with Politics from The University of Manchester.
